Welcome. This is where you can schedule your free therapy sessions with licensed providers who volunteer their time. Please review the guidelines before booking.

Program Guidelines

  1. Start with a consultation

    • Before your first full session, you must book a 15-minute consultation.

    • This helps us match you with the right therapist and makes sure your needs are clear.

  2. One session per week

    • To give everyone fair access, you may book only one session per week.

  3. Show up on time

    • Sessions are limited and in high demand. Please be ready on time.

    • If you miss two sessions without notice, your booking access may be paused.

  4. Respect the therapists

    • All providers are licensed professionals volunteering their time. Treat them with respect.

  5. Confidentiality

    • Sessions are private and protected. Your information will not be shared outside your therapist.

How to Book

  1. Click the Book Appointment button below.

  2. Choose Consultation (first-time clients) or Counseling Session (returning clients).

  3. Confirm your time and fill out any intake forms required by your therapist.

  4. You’ll receive a confirmation and text reminder.

  5. All sessions are virtual conducted over zoom. You will be emailed or texted the Zoom link prior to your session.
